Eduardo Varela Pezzano (born 15 June 1984) is a Colombian trademark attorney, a member of the legal firm Cavelier Abogados, and author of multiple books and law journal articles on Intellectual Property (IP) Law. He is a leading expert and practitioner in the fields of trademark law and domain names, and he has been recognized as an "IP Star" in Colombia by ''Managing Intellectual Property'' magazine and with the "IP Excellence Award" from leading Latin American IP magazine ''Marcasur''.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://www.marcasur.com/es/mailing/mailing50/awardsembed.html )〕 He is a Panelist with the Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre (ADNDRC).
